On 29.01.2018, Elkol signed an agreement with Mosty Katowice Sp. z o.o. on development of a design documentation as a part of the following task: Task A: “Development of a design documentation for the construction of an Interchange Centre in the vicinity of PKP Centrum railway station in Dąbrowa Górnicza including construction of a communication system” as a part of implementation of the following investment task of Dąbrowa Górnicza municipality: “Promotion of green mobility in Dąbrowa Górnicza municipality” financed as a part of “Regionalny Program Operacyjny,” as well as the following investment task of PKP PLK S.A.: “Reconstruction of railway and road infrastructure within the vicinity of Dąbrowa Górnicza Centrum station.”
Task B: “Development of a design documentation for the construction of an Interchange Centre in the vicinity of PKP Gołonóg railway station in Dąbrowa Górnicza including construction of a communication system” as a part of implementation of the following investment task of Dąbrowa Górnicza municipality: “Promotion of green mobility in Dąbrowa Górnicza municipality” financed as a part of “Regionalny Program Operacyjny,” as well as the following investment task of PKP PLK S.A.: “Reconstruction of railway and road infrastructure within the vicinity of Dąbrowa Górnicza Gołonóg station.”
The works covered by the subject of the agreement include:
- Development of maps for design purposes and preparation of entries into the land register including a cadastral map,
- Development of three concepts for all industries and preparation of a breakdown of works with a division into two stages,
- Preparation of a construction design related to the change of Dąbrowa Górnicza station track system,
- Preparation of a construction design of an underground crossing under tracks (2 tracks for agglomeration traffic and 2 tracks for long distance traffic, as well as 1 station track for servicing of goods transport traffic) connecting two platforms with the building of Dąbrowa Górnicza Centrum station and a designed Interchange Centre, park&ride type car park at Kościuszki street and a car park at Limanowskiego street.
- Preparation of a construction design of a railway viaduct at 300,020 km of line no. 1 Warszawa Zachodnia – Katowice (a road tunnel) including liquidation of: cat. A railway crossing at 299,522 km of Konopnicka street and car. E crossing at 300,020 km of railway line no. 1 Warszawa Zachodnia – Katowice,
- Preparation of a construction design of reconstruction of an overhead contact line, lightning, electrical crossovers heating, change of power supplied to the aforementioned devices including change of conditions of connection taking into account reconstruction of a railway traffic control system within the area of Dąbrowa Górnicza station including adaptation to the new track system and construction of new platforms,
- Preparation of a building design related to a reconstruction of railway traffic control system including adaptation to the new track system divided into stages taking into account gradual development of a target track system,
- Preparation of a construction design related to a change of the track system within the area of Dąbrowa Górnicza Gołonóg stop,
- Preparation of a construction design related to a underground crossing located under tracks, connecting the platforms with the building of Dąbrowa Górnicza Gołonóg railway station and a designed park&ride type car park and pedestrian communication routes at Parkowa street,
- Preparation of a construction design related to a railway viaduct (a road tunnel) for 4 tracks in the route of Parkowa street including demolition and liquidation: cat. A railway crossing at 296,592 km,
- Preparation of a construction design related to reconstruction of an overhead contact line for a new track system at Dąbrowa Górnicza Gołonóg stop,
- Obtaining industrial agreements and technical conditions for designed facilities required to obtain a building permit,
- Development of a complete design documentation accordant with a confirmed concept for construction of a tunnel under PKP tracks within Konopnicka street,
- Development of a complete design documentation accordant with a confirmed concept for construction of a tunnel for pedestrian and bicycle traffic at the extension of Podłęknicka street,
- Development of a complete design documentation accordant with a confirmed concept for construction of a tunnel for pedestrian and bicycle traffic within Graniczna street,
- Execution of an input from the scope of PKP for three concepts of solutions developed by the Customer for material scopes of task no. 1 and no. 2 implemented for Dąbrowa Górnicza municipality.
