Elkol Sp. z o.o. is looking for a person who wants to develop its skills in the scope of supervision and implementation of construction projects. We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and operative person, open to work in difficult and diverse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with designers;
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of executed projects;
- Projects quality control;
- Industry projects supervision;
- Solving occurring design problems;
- Valuation of projects;
- Collection of documents in order to issue building permits, reports or decisions;
- Supervision over contacts with offices and supplementing deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction (railway) industry and design works;
- Ability to prepare calculations of costs of construction works;
- Knowledge of requirements associated with submission of building permits;
- Graduate of a university of technology;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad, knowledge Bentley Power Rail Track or Civil 3D specialised software is welcomed;
- Ability to read multi-industrial documentation and prepare bills of quantities;
- Knowledge of market of Contractors and services;
- Cat. B driver’s license;
- Knowledge of the construction law and technical requirements;
- Construction license is welcomed.
